    Are they in custody now? Or not until after sentencing?

    I did an inmate search and neither Tom or David show up. They will be working on an appeal and request bail during the appeal process no doubt. There must be come conditions for bail - I can only hope that it is revoked. Neither of these scumbags deserve to be free.
